Payment Summary Addendum (Monthly Payment Schedule)
This Payment Summary Addendum is incorporated into and forms part of the Group Travel Terms & Conditions for Reclaiming Our Identity Travel. By submitting payment, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to the following:
• Total Trip Cost: As stated in the official booking or invoice.
• Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve space.
• Monthly Payments: Remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly payments according to the agreed schedule.
• Payment Method: Payments will be processed automatically via Stripe, PayPal, or Affirm.
• Authorization: You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until the balance is paid in full.
• Failed Payments: Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation without refund.
• No Refunds or Chargebacks: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Completion Requirement: All balances must be paid in full prior to departure.
