Group Travel Terms, Payment Authorization, and Liability Agreement

Payments & Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize Reclaiming Our Identity Travel to charge your selected payment method via Stripe, PayPal, or Affirm according to the agreed payment schedule. This includes deposits and recurring monthly payments. Failure of payment may result in cancellation without refund.

Deposit & Refund Policy

A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable due to group travel commitments and advance supplier payments.

Affirm Financing Disclosure

If using Affirm, you acknowledge that Affirm is a third-party financing provider. Loan approval, terms, interest rates, and repayment obligations are determined solely by Affirm. Reclaiming Our Identity Travel does not control or modify Affirm agreements.

PayPal & Stripe Dispute Policy

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered or payments agreed upon. All disputes must be addressed directly with Reclaiming Our Identity Travel prior to contacting payment providers.

Pricing & Itinerary

Pricing is based on contracted services and exchange rates. The package includes only what is listed in the official itinerary. Personal expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.

Travel Requirements

Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and physical fitness required for travel.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, including medical, evacuation, and trip interruption coverage.

Force Majeure

Reclaiming Our Identity Travel is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, airline changes, or government actions.

Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully. Removal from the group for misconduct will result in no refund.

Media Release

You grant permission for photos and videos taken during travel to be used for promotional and educational purposes.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with international travel and release Reclaiming Our Identity Travel and its representatives from liability for injury, loss, or damage.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
